| 1. Pour contents into
a saucepan, heat & simmer.
2. Add 1kg of diced lamb, beef, chicken
&/or vegetables and cook on medium heat
until lightly cooked.
3. Pour in 200 ml yoghurt and stir. Cover
and simmer on low heat until meat is tender.
Option: Add 50g chopped cashews, stir through
moments before serving.

Serve with rice & accompaniments.
HINT: Start cooking rice
when meat is tender.
Note: Keep Simmer Sauce
refrigerated after opening.
