1. Add 1 packet of Curry Makers Laksa to a pot, pan or wok.

2. Add (400ml) of Coconut Mile heat and simmer.

3. Add 250g of prawns, chicken or other meat simmer until lighted cooked.

4. Add 100 of fresh noodles or 60 g of cooked rice noodles and 350g mixed diced vegetables (4 medium mushrooms (100g) half a head of broccoli (50g), hand full of snow peas (50g) and medium onion (100g).

5. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Serve with beans sprouts or fresh sliced chilli as garnish.

HINT: If soup is too thick add more water to improve consistency.
