| Though similar in basis
to the Thai Green Curry, this blend is a
milder verision of that curry but is capable
of combination with stronger flavoured meats,
such as beef, lamb and pork. Its red colour
and some of its heat are provided by paprika,
with additional zest and heat coming from
the chilli and coriander used in its preparation.
Try adding spring onions as well as bamboo
shoots for a truly authentic addition to
this mild, tasty Thai curry. |
