| 1. Pour contents into
a saucepan, heat & simmer.

2. Add 1kg of diced lamb, beef, chicken
and/or vegetables and cook on medium heat
until lightly cooked.

3. Pour in 200 ml coconut cream and stir.
Cover and simmer on low heat until meat
is tender.

Serve with rice & accompaniments.
HINT: Start cooking rice
when meat is tender.
Note: Keep Simmer Sauce
refrigerated after opening.
