Butter Chicken is a dish of the moghul emperors. Rich in flavour, with a creamy tomato based sauce and aromatic spices.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour contents of satchet into a saucepan, heat and simmer.
  2. Add 1kg of diced chicken & cook on medium heat until chicken is lightly cooked.
  3. Add 300ml of cream & stir through.
  4. Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender.
  5. Simmer longer for a thicker sauce with a fuller flavour.
    Serve with rice & accompaniments.
