Korma is a traditional North Indian curry full of rich flavours. It is distinguished by its yellow sauce being thickened & flavoured with coconut and almonds.
Cooking Instructions
Pour contents of satchet into a saucepan, heat and simmer.
Add 1kg of diced beef, lamb or chicken &/or 250gm of vegetables to saucepan & cook on medium heat until meat is lightly cooked.
Add 200ml of yoghurt & stir through.
Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender.
Simmer longer for a thicker sauce with a fuller flavour. Serve with rice & accompaniments.
