Penang Curry is a traditional Malaysian dish. The curry is sweeter & thicker than traditional Thai curries. A strong peanut flavour is accentuated by the rich cream based sauce.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour contents of satchet into a saucepan, heat and simmer.
  2. Add 1kg of diced beef, lamb or chicken & cook on medium heat until meat is lightly cooked.
  3. Add 300ml of cream & stir through.
  4. Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender.
  5. Simmer longer for a thicker sauce with a fuller flavour.
    Serve with rice & accompaniments.
