Thai Red Curry is a traditional recipe from the south of Thailand. We combine coriander, lemongrass and traditional spices to create a truly aromatic, flavoursome curry.
Cooking Instructions
Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add 500g of diced beef, lamb, chicken, or seafood &/or 250gm of vegetables to saucepan & brown.
Cook on medium heat while stirring until partly cooked.
Add contents of the sachet, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add 300ml of coconut milk & stir through.
Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender. Serve with rice & accompaniments.
