Tikka Masala is a mild curry known for it's rich tomato flavour enhanced with coriander & lemon.
Cooking Instructions
Pour contents of satchet into a saucepan, heat and simmer.
Add 1kg of diced beef, lamb or chicken & cook on medium heat until meat is lightly cooked.
Add 300ml of cream & 100ml of water, stir through.
Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender.
Simmer longer for a thicker sauce with a fuller flavour.
Serve with rice & accompaniments.
