Vindaloo is a traditional Goan curry from the south of India. We combine a unique blend of chilli & pungent spices mixed with tomatoes to create a sauce for lovers of 'hot' food.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour contents of satchet into a saucepan, heat and simmer.
  2. Add 1kg of diced beef, lamb or chicken &/or vegetables & cook on medium heat until meat is lightly cooked.
  3. Add 200ml of coconut cream & stir through.
  4. Simmer on low heat until sauce has thickened & meat is tender.
  5. Simmer longer for a thicker sauce with a fuller flavour.
    Serve with rice & accompaniments.
